Recipe 1: Chicken Cucumber Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 Handfull cherry/Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4th red onion
- 1/8 cup Parsley
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup grilled chicken breast
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
1. Chop all the veggies and put it in a bowl.
2. Then add lemon juice to it.
3. Add olive oil afterwards.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix well and enjoy the healthy food.
Recipe 2:Hard Boiled Egg and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp shredded carrot
- Salt and Ground Pepper
Method:
1. Chop all the veggies.
2. Add salt and ground pepper to it.
3. Mix well and tasty salad is ready.
Recipe 3: Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups Quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/8 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and black pepper
Method:
1. Take a pan and add Quinoa and water to it.
2. Cook it for several minutes while continuous stirring until the water is absorbed by Quinoa. Put it aside
3. Take another bowl and add chopped chickpeas, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion and parsley. Mix well.
4. Take olive oil in another small pan, lemon juice, vinegar and clove garlic. Mix well.
5. Now add quinoa prepared earlier to veggies mixture and mix.
6. Then add the solution prepared earlier to it and mix well.
7. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
